Food Safe Practices and Preparation

Our field-fresh vegetables are seasoned and quick roasted at 500F then packed hot for food safety and rapid-chilled to naturally preserve freshness – never frozen. Fresh Healthy Habits selections are ready-to-eat, cold or hot.
